To know their are people up there actually in space is incredible.  The Space Station moves a bit faster then a jet traveling across the sky but 200 miles above, it will appear from nowhere and disappear at a moments notice because of the curvature of the earth.  Each sighting can last from about 2 minutes to 10 minutes based on several factors.  So many people go about their day with no idea the amazing technology and achievement that is flying above them at a given moment.
